Terms of use

Last updated 7 November 2026

EPRindex is published by Acuity Stream Limited (registered in England and Wales, company number 11218747). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What EPRindex is

EPRindex is a compilation of information already in the public record: procurement notices from Find a Tender and Contracts Finder, NHS trust board papers, trust and supplier announcements, and the trade press. Every claim on the map links to the source behind it.

Accuracy

We take care with what we publish and we check claims against their sources, but the site is compiled from documents we do not control, and it will contain errors and entries that have gone out of date. The site is provided as is, without warranty that it is accurate, complete or current.

Nothing on the site is professional advice. It is not procurement, legal, investment or commercial advice, and it must not be relied on as the sole basis for a decision. Check anything that matters against the source we link to, and against the organisation concerned.

If you find something wrong, please tell us: see corrections. We would rather be corrected than be quoted wrongly.

What you may do

What you may not do

The underlying public records are freely available to everyone, and we encourage you to use them. What these terms protect is the work of assembling, checking and maintaining them.

Rights in the content

The selection, arrangement, wording and design of EPRindex are © EPRindex 2026. The site contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0, including information from NHS England and from the Office for National Statistics; the coastline contains OS data © Crown copyright and database right 2026. The typefaces, Archivo and IBM Plex Sans, are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

Links to other sites

The site links heavily to source documents on other organisations’ websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on anything in it, including lost profits, contracts or opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Availability

The site is offered free of charge. We may change, suspend or withdraw it, or any part of it, at any time and without notice.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. They are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
