Corrections
Last updated 7 November 2026
EPRindex publishes facts about named NHS organisations, so getting them right matters more than getting them first. Every claim on the map links to the document it came from. If one is wrong, we want to know.
How we source what we publish
- Procurement notices from Find a Tender and Contracts Finder, read automatically every day.
- NHS trust board papers, which are public documents, quoted with their date and a link to the pack.
- Trust and supplier announcements.
- The health technology trade press.
- Freedom of Information responses that trusts have published, where they answer what a trust runs or when a contract ends.
Where the public record cannot support a claim, we leave the entry blank rather than guess. A visible gap is honest; a wrong supplier is not.
Telling us about an error
Email hello@eprindex.co.uk with:
- the organisation, and what the site currently says;
- what is wrong, and what the correct position is;
- where possible, a public source we can cite — a board paper, a press release, a notice, or an FOI response.
You do not have to work for the organisation concerned to report an error, and you do not need a source: tell us anyway and we will look for one.
What happens next
- We acknowledge within 5 working days.
- We check the claim against the public record.
- If it is wrong, we correct it and it appears on the site at the next daily update.
- If we cannot verify the correction from a public source, we will say so, and we will usually remove the disputed claim rather than leave something we cannot stand behind.
What we will not do
We will not remove accurate information that an organisation has itself put into the public domain — a board paper it published, a notice it issued, a contract award it announced. The site reports the public record, and the record is the record.
We do not publish anonymous claims, rumours, or anything told to us in confidence, and we do not publish information about named individuals.
Right of reply
If your organisation’s position is more complicated than the public documents show — a programme paused for good reasons, a date that moved by agreement — tell us and we will note it alongside the entry, in your own words, with a date.
Data protection requests
